  • Ubiquiti Return Policy

    General Returns

    • A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.
    • An RMA number is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
    • The RMA number must be visible on all returns. Please do not write directly on the original product box.
    • Returns of software or service contracts are not accepted.
    • There is no restock fee for returns.
    • Products that are discontinued or obsolete are not eligible for return.
    • Customers are ultimately responsible for the condition of returned items. Please ensure these policies are communicated to end-user customers.

     

    Non-DOA Returns

    • Open-box products that are not dead-on-arrival (non-DOA) are not eligible for return.
    • The product box must be clean and undamaged, with no marks of any kind, including writing, stamps, or shipping labels.
    • Products must be returned in their original manufacturer's packaging, both inside and outside, and include all manuals, cables, warranty cards, static bags, etc.
    • Customers have 30 days from the invoice date to request a non-DOA return.
    • Configured or custom products are not returnable if they are non-DOA.
    • Products showing signs of use are not returnable as non-DOA.
    • For customers on credit terms, credit will be applied to your account once the product is received.

     

    DOA/Defective Returns

    • All dead-on-arrival (DOA) issues are handled directly through rma.ubiquiti.com.
    • Products come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
    • Additional warranty service information is available online.

     

    RMA Refusals

    • Products will be returned to the customer, in the following situations:
      • If a product is returned missing components from the original order.
      • If the condition of the returned product is misrepresented.
      • If the received product is damaged.
      • If there is not a valid and visible RMA number.
      • If a product returned as DOA functions properly upon testing.
      • If the product is received more than 30 days after the RMA number was issued.
      • If a product is not returned in the original packaging.
